Company "Tarkett" started production of new kind of multilayer parquet floor

Company "Tarkett" from Bačka Palanka has installed the new machines for production of multilayer parquet floor with new prefabricated joining system. The equipment imported from Germany and Sweden is worth about 1m EUR.

This investment is a part of the works on broadening of the unit for production of parquet floor, in total amount of 10m EUR.

"T-lock" is the new, patented technology of company "Tarkett", according to which the planks are joined in certain angle and they are "locked" by means of simple device. The parquet floor is installed in quick and easy way, without gluing, and can be simply removed and moved to the other premises.

With the broadening of the unit and with the introduction of the new technology, "Tarkett" will increase production by 2m square meters of parquet floor on annual basis, which will enable double production in 2008, from the current 1.3m to 2.2m square metrs of parquet floor.
