Dejan Racić, Delta Real Estate

Dejan Racic was born on December 1, 1969 in Belgrade. He got his early professional experience working in Dubai. Since 1995, he has held important positions in Delta M Group, the biggest private company in Serbia.

Mr. Racic formed and directed the consumer goods distribution centre and later formed the retail sector as well. Since 2000 as director of Delta Invest, Mr. Racic managed the process of developing, building and adapting various facilities into retail outlets, bank and insurances outlets, as well as vehicle and logistics centers for members of the Delta Holding.

He is currently director of Delta Real Estate, one of the biggest real estate developers and investors in the Serbian and Montenegrin markets. He is also credited for strategic planning and extending business activities to the wider Balkan area.

The business portfolio he runs includes developing, investing and managing retail, business, hotel and housing projects in line with the highest international standards.

He took part in a number of top international fairs and gatherings as a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and has done much to improve the image of the Serbian market by attracting significant international retailers and other commercial players.
