Bojana Bregović, Wolf Theiss Belgrade

Bojana Bregović is a partner at Wolf Theiss. Her main areas of practice are Project Finance, Real Property Development and M&A. She holds a J.D. Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the City University of New York. Before she moved to Belgrade to join Wolf Theiss, Ms. Bregović practiced for a number years as an attorney in New York City, with the prestigious law firms of Shearman & Sterling and White & Case, and also for several years in Prague, Czech Republic, with the law firm of Weil Gotshal & Manges.

Wolf Theiss has a network of offices (Vienna, Belgrade. Zagreb, Ljubljana, Sarajevo, Prague, Bucharest, Bratislava and Tirana) and represents major international corporations and other institutions in the areas of M&A, finance, and complex real property transactions.

In 2006. Wolf Theiss earned a number of prestigious European legal awards, including: Eastern European Law Firm of the Year, awarded by Chambers & Partners; Austrian Law Firm of the Year, awarded by the International Financial Law Review; and Austrian Tax Law Firm of the Year, awarded by the International Tax Review.
