Knjazevac-based cheese plant in search for an owner – Jersey under hammer again


Former Knjazevac-based giant, now in bankruptcy, is in search for an owner again. The trustee in bankruptcy announced the sales of the Jersey cheese plantas a legal entity via the direct deal.
The plant is to be sold with all its chattel and real property. The most important real estate comprises the food and beverage production industry building, agricultural land in the registry municipality Bulinovac and the construction land in the Grezna registry municipality.
The most important chattel comprises a line for milk reception and pasteurization feta cheese ultra-filtration and production line, melted cheese and cheese creams lines and line for semi-soft cheese and packing machine.
The Jersey’s estimated value as a legal entity totals RSD 662.221.900. Minimally accepted price is RSD 60 mil.
Potential buyers can deliver their offers to the trustee in bankruptcy until August 11, 2014 latest. The opening of the initial offers is scheduled for August 15. Participants will be able to improve their initial offers in person.
The trustee in bankruptcy is Bobana Mihajlovic from Knjazevac.
