The pharmaceutical company Actavis, a part of which is Leskovac-based Zdravlje, has announced that it has finished about EUR 28 billion worth of acquisition of the Forest Laboratories pharmaceutical company.
This merger has created one of the world's quickest-growing pharmaceutical companies with an expected annual revenue of over USD 15 billion in 2015.
