NIS approves 2013 dividend of RSD 80.99 per share

The Shareholders' Assembly of the Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS) has made a decision to approve the payment of dividend to shareholders for the year 2013 in the amount of 25 percent of the net profit, which is RSD 13.08 billion, that is, RSD 80.22 per share, NIS said in a release today.

Dividend for the year 2013 will be paid to all shareholders registered with the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House before 20 June 2014, the Day of Shareholders of the 6th regular session of the Shareholders' Assembly.
