Tenders announced for sale of "Savremena administracija", Subotica-based "Javna skladišta" and "Šumadijalek" from Čačak

The Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced the tender for sale of 70% of public assets in Belgrade-based company "Savremena Administracija".

The right to submit the bids for purchase of that printing-publishing company have all interested companies that deal with publishing of books, brochures, music books and other publications over the past three years and have total income of at least 5m EUR in 2006.

The bid can also be delivered by the financial investor who had business assets of more than 30m EUR in 2006. The buyer can also be the investor who registered business income of more than 15m EUR in 2006. The tender documentation will be available to all interested parties in period between March 5 and March 20. The deadline for delivery of bids is April 20.

In addition to "Savremena", the tenders have also been announced for sale of companies "Javna skladišta" from Subotica and wholesale drugstore "Šumadijalek" from Čačak.

"Javna skladišta" owns extremely valuable property - storage space on 1 ha with the related infrastructure. "Šumadijalek" is a wholesale drugstore with annual income of nearly 10m EUR.
