Company "BASF" handed donation to Research Station "Petnica" intended for improvement of scientific researches

In the premises of the Research Station "Petnica", the contract on the donation by company "BASF", intended for improvement of work of this scientific institutions, was signed yesterday (February 26, 2007).

The donation amounts to 3,000 EUR and it is a part of the project of company "BASF" in the field of corporate social responsibility, of which aim is improvement of researches and science.

- We are glad that our donation can provide support to the young scientists gathered by this respectable research station in their scientific activities and acquirement of practical and broader education required for future scientific achievements - the Manager of "BASF Srbija", Verner Lengle, announced, adding that the research for "BASF" represents investment into the future and, at the same time, the key to business successes of the companies in the future.

By the way, company "BASF" was decorated for social responsibility at this-year World Economy Forum in Davos. It took the first place on rank-list "Good Company Ranking".
