Swiss company "Home Art & Sales Services" has given the best offer for takeover of stock company for foreign and internal trade "Centrotekstil".

The first-ranked bidder offered 18.9m EUR for procurement of "Centrotekstil" and 3m EUR for investment program and it unconditionally accepted minimal obligations from the social program.

After the announcement of the tender list, the Agency and Swiss company will start negotiations for the contract signing.
