Nine more floors on top of "Trocadero" - "Zeta film" to build business complex in heart of Budva

Secretariat for Urban Planning and Sustainable Development in Budva issued Urbanistic and technical requirements to "Zeta film", owned by a businessman Branislav Brano Micunovic, for the purpose of construction of nine-floor business complex in the heart of Budva, a hundred meters from the Old Town.
That is the first document in the process of obtaining a construction permit. The company submitted a request two weeks ago, and the municipality now approved it.
The new complex will be built at the property of "Zeta film", in the center of Budva. It is an old building, which used to be a cinema, and now there is a night club "Trokadero", several boutiques, banks and a casino.
