’’Pupin Telekom’’ in the eve of bankruptcy - Creditors to vote on plan of reorganization on 4 July

Commercial Court in Belgrade called a hearing on Joint Stock ’’Pupin Telecom’’ to decide on its bankruptcy, for 4 July. There will be voting on previously developed plan of reorganization.

All the creditors have the right to vote, in accordance with their accounts receivable. The creditors could consider previously developed plan in the Commercial Court, on every working day, from 9 to 12 a.m. It also could be seen at the plan proponent’s personally, as well as, at temporary bankruptcy trustee.
