European insurance market leaders interested in procurement of DDOR "Novi Sad"

The General Manager of DDOR "Novi Sad", Darko Botić, stated that the leaders on European insurance market were interested in procurement of that insurance company.

He said that none of the potential buyers had given up purchase of DDOR, although the deadline for delivery of the final bids on the tender had been changed from mid-December 2006 to the end of March 2007.

Potential buyers of DDOR are "Axa", "Alliance", "Generali", "KBC group", "Groupama", "VHV group", "Fondaria", "Triglav", "Wiener Staedtische", "La baloaz", "Češka pojistovna" and "Etniki".

On the occasion of the change in the deadline for delivery of bids, Botić said that the investors had waited to see the outcome of the elections and the orientation of the new Government, on which the interest in further sales procedure and the price for DDOR would depend.
