Agrobanka starts fourth emmission of stocks

Assembly of Stockholders of Agrobanka has made the decision about the fourth emmission of stocks in total amount of about 2 billion RSD.

All 200,000 stocks will be first offered to the priority buyers at price of 32,000 RSD. After the expiration of 21 days, the stocks that remain will be offered on the free market at price of 35,000 RSD.
