’’Pivovarna Lasko’’ sold Brewery in Pec

’’Pivovarna Lasko’’ has sold its ownership of 57.63% in ’’Birra Peja’’ brewery in Pec for EUR 14.75 million.

Kosovo businessman Blerim Devolli, an owner of ’’Globosos’’ company, is, allegedly, a purchaser.

The purchase price includes not only sales of shares in Kosovo brewery, but sales of liabilities of ’’Pivovarna Union’’ to ’’Birra Peja’’, as well.

The seller will receive EUR 13 million in a month, and the rest within a year. ’’Birra Peja’’ is a leading brewery in Kosovo, and ’’Pivovarna Lasko’’ announced its sale at the end of September last year.
