"Bambi" and "Banat" soon together, final goal - creation of the biggest regional confectionery industry ?

Healthy food concern "Bambi" decided for new step toward further development. "Bambi" and confectionery industry "Banat" from Vršac will merge and make the biggest domestic confectionery industry, which will annually produce 30,000 confectioneries and similar products, i.e. total of 150 articles.

The invitation was sent to "Soko Štark" combine from Belgrade, if the management and workers see some interest in merging for the sake of making of big confectionery corporation, to take some concrete steps as soon as possible. The invitation was sent to other confectionery companies, some of which are foreign.

Final goal is creation of big regional company in southeast part of Europe within "Danube foods group", to which "Bambi" already belongs.
