Serbia-Turkey Business Forum in September 2014

Serbian Trade Minister Rasim Ljajic reached an agreement with Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu on Tuesday in Belgrade to organize a business forum for the businessmen of the two countries in September.
As the Trade Ministry announced, this event will give a strong impulse to further strengthening of economic cooperation and the boost of trade between Serbia and Turkey.

Ljajic invited Turkish investors to increase their investment in Serbia's economy and take a more active part in the privatization process, whereas the Turkish foreign minister expressed readiness of certain companies from his country for making new investments in Serbia.

As announced, the two ministers also assessed that making Belgrade and Istanbul sister cities "will open a new page in their bilateral relations and give an impulse to closer cooperation between Serbian and Turkish businessmen".
