Product portfolios of tourist agencies to include insurance policies - What will new insurance law bring?

The new insurance law stipulates that insurance agents can be hired as part-time workers as well as that tourist agencies and traders too can sell insurance policies.
A draft of this law reads that clients must be much better informed about the service rendered by the insurance company they pick. Before signing an insurance contract, the insurance company will have to notify the client in writing of the most important elements of the contract, which was not the case before.

Among these elements are the following: the contract validity term, risks covered by the insurance, the amount of the premium, contract termination rights, etc.
