Tudors arrives to Belgrade – The first Turkish men’ shirt brand shop opens, expansion in Serbia and region underway

The company is also an owner of the 7camicie brand which is also a shirt shop and its GM, Bojan Mitic, says for eKapija that the market is big enough to accept both brands.

- The market always exists if the right products are offered. 7camicie is the brand which is in higher price, material and quality category while Tudors is for wider target group, something which everybody can afford – Mitic says.

Tudors originated in Turkey three years ago. It grew out of the small, family company for shirt production. Sons continued the tradition which their father started; they made the Tudors brand which offers a large choice of shirts at very convenient price. In only three years time, brand reached huge success so it has more than 120 shops in Turkey. They reached success outside Turkey as well, in Germany, Iraq, UAE, and Macedonia and now in Serbia.

- It is a very serious company, direct producers, with 125 shops in Turkey, expanding its franchise worldwide – Mitic says.

He announced the opening of a few shops in Belgrade and Serbia as well.

- First of all, we are planning to open shop in Novi Sad and Nis and then we are moving to the region. If there are available shops, we wil try to enter shopping malls although our partner, the Tudors owner, insists on pedestrian zones. So, our next location might be the Boulevard of Kralj Aleksandar.

Eight retail workers found job at the Tudors shop as well as a couple of them in the operational activities.

- Ten shops would employ 80 people which is still a good result in times like this – a collocutor of our portal says.

Apart from 7camicie, BJN has the Quiz shop franchise as well as the Talimat restaurant chain. When it comes to business of these shops, Bojan Mitic says that, despite difficult economic situation, they still managed to find their position at the market and that he hopes for better situation.

Shirts, ties and facings

Tudors offers modern and elegant, waist line and classical men’s shirts in all colors and patterns. The price ranges from RSD 1.299 to 4.499. The biggest choice is in the category of RSD 1.999s.

Tudors offers polo shirts, ties, facings and other products such as belts and soon product line will comprise socks and underwear. The shop is located in Knez Mihailova Street, no. 34.
