"Telekom Srbije" to become third operator in Montenegro?

The Consortium made of "Telekom Srbije" and Dutch company "Ogalar B.V.", which is in relation with businessman Miroslav Mišković, is the only bidder on the tender for the third mobile operator in Montenegro.

The Consortium offered 16m EUR for the license, which is nearly three times more than the minimum of 6m EUR requested by the Telecommunications Agency. Besides, the Consortium plans to invest about 90m EUR and it is ready to start with work in summer.

Company "Ogalar" is connected to Mišković's company "Delta". Through its broker company, Mišković started to trade in stocks of Montenegrin "Telekom" and Aluminum Combine on Montenegrin Stock Exchange, whereas "Delta" is the agent for automobiles of make "Fiat", "Alfa Romeo", "Lance" and "Honda" for Montenegro.
