TADIĆ: Serbia will become regional guarantee of prosperity

The Management of "Eurochambres", the organization of European chambers of commerce, held the meeting in Belgrade. That was the first time in its 50-year tradition that the meeting was held in a country that is not a member of European Union. Most attention was dedicated to the admission of countries that signed CEFTA agreement into European integrations, as well as to the problems of international regional collaboration.
Greeting the participants who represent 19m companies from European Union, the President of Serbia, Boris Tadić, pointed out that Serbia was dynamic country that wished to be admitted into European Union as soon as possible and to become the "regional guarantee of prosperity".
- Be sure that the new Government will give its best to bring Serbia much closer to Brussels as soon as possible - said the President of Serbia, Boris Tadić, greeting the members of the Management of European Chamber. He underlined the significance of that meeting for the promotion of Serbia, which is already the commercial center of the region, as well as the place for good investments and grown feeling of solidarity in the region only few months after signing of the CEFTA Agreement.
