"East point" invests between 30m and 40m EUR in new bread factory in Surčin

Zoran Drakulić, the owner of company "East point", pointed out that the next investment of that company would be directed to the cable industry in Zaječaru, as well as to the construction of modern bread factory in Surčin.

- If we manage to buy "Novkabel" from Novi Sad, we will make one of the largest European cable manufacturers in Serbia. According to our estimate, we would be producing about 60,000 tons of cables on annual basis – Drakulić explains.

The plans of "East point" concerning baking industry, according to his words, are moving towards connection of the Belgrade Baking Industry with company "Klas", because, in that way, much bigger rationality of their operations could be achieved.

As far as construction of the new bread factory is concerned, the land of about 20 ha has already been provided and the size of this investment ranges between 30 and 40m EUR.
