Eurobank EFG group, the participant in Banking Fair BANK EXPO 2007 (Belgrade, February 26-28, 2007), has signed the contract on purchase of stocks that represent 74.16% of total assets of company "Prospera Securities", one of the leading broker companies in Serbia, a member of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
"Prospera" is the third among the broker companies in Serbia in 2006 in the trade in stocks, with the market share of 6.29%.
That broker company achieved significant growth in the past two years, thanks to its operations on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, by carrying out transactions with numerous investors from Europe and America, as well as with juristic and physical persons from Serbia.Companies:
