Serbia's Chamber of Construction Industry (CCI), a consortium of the largest domestic companies, is going to employ its building capacity abroad and about 10,000 Serbian construction workers in Algeria, Kazakhstan and Russia alone, said Goran Rodic, the vice president of the CCI.

According to some estimates, construction workers from Serbia could be engaged in 1.5-2 billion US dollars worth of projects in aforementioned countries on an annual basis, while prospects for the following period are much bigger, Rodic told Tanjug.

As he said, the aim of the CCI is to secure good jobs abroad as soon as possible.
