Reorganization process launched at Krusevac-based Trayal

The Privatization Agency announced Wednesday (30 April 2014) its decision to start the process of reorganization at Krusevac-based Trayal, the manufacturer of rubber and chemical products that is currently undergoing privatization.
The process of reorganization calls for certain status changes, the write-off of the debt principal, accrued interests and other claims in full or partially, with the aim of using the proceeds of the sale of assets to pay off debts to creditors.

The Agency invited creditors to submit their claims from 31 December 2004 within 15 days if they failed to do that when first asked on 4 July 2004.

A sales agreement with the previous buyer was terminated by the Agency on 5 December 2013 because of unfulfilled contractual obligations.
