Neither here nor there - "North Star" capsule is new jewel of luxury cruisers

A luxury cruiser named Quantum of the Seas will feature a capsule that will be lifting brave passengers up to 100 meters above the ocean.

The design of the North Star, as this bubble-like structure with big windows is called, is inspired by London Eye.

This capsule, which can lift up to 13 people, is only one of luxury features on board the new ship that will be launched November.

Quantum of the Seas will be 348 meters long and it will have capacity to carry 4,180 guests from the New York City area to the Caribbean.
