Nebojsa Rodic – New ambassador of Serbia in USA

The leaving minister of defense, Nebojsa Rodic, will be an ambassador of Serbia in USA, the confidential source confirmed for Politika.

He spent one part of his working experience at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs so, among other things, in the period after NATO bombing of FRY, he was responsible for the connection with the international forces at Kosovo and Metohija. After October 5 and changes, he was forced to leave the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He returned to public life in 2012 as the director of Security-information agency wherefrom he moved to the position of the minister of defense.
