Electric Power Company of Serbia to have mini hydroelectric power plant built on the Nišava, project worth 6m EUR

The representatives of "Jugoistok" announced that the construction of small hydroelectric power plant of 3 MW on the Nišava would commence in 2007.

The spokesman of "Jugoistok", Slađana Mančić, said that the project documentation should be adopted in the Electric Power Company of Serbia at the end of the following week.

Small hydroelectric power plant would be built above Sićeva, on the location called Banjica. This investment is worth about 6m EUR.
