Swiss-Serbian Chamber of Commerce established

The establishment of the Swiss-Serbian Chamber of Commerce in Serbia was today marked by a ceremony that was attended by the representatives of the economies of Switzerland and Serbia and the business communities of these two countries as well as by Aleksandar Vucic and Didie Burkhalter, the president of the Swiss Confederation.

The establishment of this business organization was initiated by the Swiss business community in Serbia with the support of the Swiss Embassy, with the aim of improving the economic cooperation between the two countries. Among the founders are seven companies: Nestle, Holcim, Ringier, SGS, Roche, Sika, and SIGPA.

The Chamber was officially registered in March, while its first meeting will be held this June.
