Government of Norway, in cooperation with Government of Serbia, finances reconstruction and modernization of hydrological stations in Serbia

The representatives of the Directorate for Waters and Energy of Norway (NVE) will speak to the representatives of the Republic Hydrometeorological Institute (RHMZ) about the aid of the Norwegian Government for equipping of hydrological stations in Serbia.

Total value of the project is 1,550,000 NOK, half of which will be provided by the Government of Norway, while the second half will be given by the Government of Serbia through the services of RHMZ, during the implementation of the project.

The project implies reconstruction and modernization of the network of hydrological stations in Serbia, so that it could be brought into accord with the needs of the users for quality hydrological data and information on the regime of waters, international obligations of our country and European norms and standards.
