"Siemens" company in Serbia got new name - "Siemens IT Solutions and Services"

Company "Siemens Business Service Serbia" has announced that, starting from today (February 1, 2007), it will operate under name "Siemens IT Solutions and Services". The new company will be offering IT solutions adapted for use in certain industries and it will also provide support (software and IT expert opinions) to the other "Siemens" groups.

"Siemens'" IT and software units are "Business Innovation Center" (BIC), "Development of Innovations and Projects" (DIP), "Program and System Engineering" (PSE), "Siemens Business Service" (SBS) and "Siemens Information System" (SISL). These five units have about 43,000 employees and the sales worth about 5 billion EUR.
