Croatia's IN2 acquires Belgrade-based software company Actavia

Croatian company IN2 has completed the acquisition of Belgrade-based Actavia, a company specialized in Microsoft Dynamics solutions. The future company will be called IN2 Dynamics.

With this investment, the group gets 17 experts with unique knowledge and experience for highly-demanded Microsoft Dynamics solutions, meets users' requirements and strengthens regional presence.

At the same time, IN2 also expands its business in the Serbian market where it has been operating through the IN2 company in Belgrade for as many as seven years now. The takeover of aforementioned Belgrade-based company is also the beginning of an ambitious investment cycle for the year 2014, IN2 told a press conference.
