Austrian Jew Martin Schlaf, who is famous as the owner of private investment fund that is, usually, in the consortium with the others, is buying telecommunications companies.
The last big transaction he realized was procurement of 100% of Bulgarian mobile telephony system EAD for Telekom Austria.
