This-year Government Leaders Forum of company "Microsoft" to start on January 30 in Edinburgh

The fourth Government Leaders Forum (GLF), which is organized by company "Microsoft", will be formally opened tomorrow (January 30, 2007) in Edinburgh by the President of Scotish Parliament George Reid.

The speech on the opening will be held by Jean-Philippe Courtois, the President of the International Segment of "Microsoft", while the President of Corporation, Bill Gates, will hold his lecture one day later - on January 31.

This-year meeting will be enriched by the presence of five prime ministers and more than 20 miniters from European countries.

"Microsoft" Government Leaders Forum is a two-day meeting intended for statesmen and academic representatives from all over Europe. It is focused, first of all, on formulation of successful strategies in field connected to electronic management, distance learning and transition to the economy of knowledge.
