"Lukoil" bought 539 gas stations in EU

"Lukoil", the business partner of Slovenian oil company, managed to penetrate into EU by taking over 539 gas stations of U.S. company "Conoco Phillips".

Thus, the oil manufacturer from Russia has already bought 156 gas stations in Belgium, which opens the door of Europe for it.

After procurement of 10% of Belgian gas stations from the aforementioned American company, "Lukoil" made arrangement for procurement of another 383 gas stations in five more states of the Union – Finland, Czech, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary, which means that Russian concern will increase the sale of oil derivatives by 1.4m tons.
