Paunov breg to receive first tenants in July - CPI Group from Czech Republic finalizes work on complex in Banjica (PHOTO)

A residential complex named after the most beautiful bird is going to receive the first tenants this July. Namely, the Czech investor CPI Group, which started building this complex in Banjica in the spring 2013, is about to finish the work.

There are 107 housing units on seven floors of two separate buildings within the Paunov breg residential complex, ranging in size from 26 to 93 square meters.

- This attractive residential complex in one of the most favorite family locations in Vozdovac, at the corner of Paunova Street and Oslobodjenja Boulevard, offers a completely new quality of residing as well as security and comfort for a growing family. According to our interlocutor, every flat has its own price depending on the position, orientation, structure, and the average price is EUR 1,350 per square meter (VAT included).

This complex includes an underground garage spanning two floors. There is a total of 107 garage and parking places.

The total value of this project is EUR 8.5 million. The contractor is Akord inzenjering, while designs were drawn by CEP.
