Capitol Park Shopping Center in Sabac to open April 3rd - EUR 9 million invested by British investor Poseidon Group

Capitol Park Shopping Center in Sabac will open its door to first buyers on 3 April 20141, the British investor Poseidon Group has announced in a release.

A total value of the investment in the first phase exceeds EUR 9 millilon, and it will ensure the creation of over 100 jobs.

This shopping complex featuring 9,688 square meters of retail space on a surface area of 27,000 square meters will offer visitors 17 stores ranging in size from 109 to 3,000 square meters, as well as 395 free parking places.

The retail park in Sabac is also easily accessible to people taking public transportation to get there because there will be a bus stop in the vicinity of this facility.

- Our plan is to open retail parks in Sombor and Belgrade too. We look forward to getting the Capitol brand recognized by consumers as a place standing for value and quality - Poseidon Group said in the release.

Capitol Park's tenants are as follows: Tempo hypermarket, JYSK, New Yorker, Deichmann, Takko Fashion, Sport Vision, Lilly Drogerie, Djak Sport, Vulkan, Ooh La La, Exclusive Change, Safran, and Glamour cafe.
