Higher Trade Court rejected complaint submitted by the management of "C market" concerning assignment of identification numbers to the stocks of that company.

That decision by the Court cancels temporary measure of the Trade Court in Belgrade, which froze the procedure for take-over of stocks of "C Market" in October 2004.

On October 15, 2004, the Commission for Valuable Papers approved the offer for take-over of stocks of "C market", which were submitted by Slovenian "Mercator", London-based investment fund "Ashmore" and Belgrade-based company "Primer C" whose director, Slobodan Radulović, is, at the same time, director of "C market".

The take-over procedure was frozen on the same day, for the Trade Court passed temporary measure on ban on trade in stocks of "C market", because the management of the company disputed assignment of identification numbers to the stocks of "C market" and now there are no any legal obstacles for trade.
