The Commercial Court in Belgrade announced today that the pre-bankruptcy proceedings had been commenced with the aim of testing the compliance with the requirements for commencing bankruptcy proceedings, in line with the previously prepared reorganization plan, against Zekstra grupa from Zemun. Miroska Radovic from Belgrade is appointed as the bankruptcy manageer.

A hearing for voting on the previously prepared reorganization plan and the proposal for commencing bankruptcy proceedings is scheduled for 16 April 2014.

Creditors can examine the previously prepared reorganization plan at the Commercial Court, 2 Masarikova Street, the room 22, between 9 AM and 2 PM.
