Chance for Serbian construction industry lies in Russia - Vucic and Sokolov negotiate cooperation in development projects

Serbian First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and Russian Transportation Minister Maksim Sokolov talked Tuesday about the cooperation between the two countries in infrastructure projects that are going to be the backbone of Serbia's development.

Without specifying which projects they talked about, the Serbian government said in a release that they would represent a great chance for the construction industry in Serbia, in line with the Government's plan to involve Serbian companies in their implementation.

Vucic expressed a special gratitude to Sokolov for Russia's contribution to the development of Serbian railways and infrastructure.

This meeting was attended by Serbian Transporttion Minister Aleksandar Antic and Vladimir Yakunin, the president of the Russian railway company.
