Slovenian "Cimos" opened factory of car parts in Sečanj, investment worth 16m EUR

Yesterday (January 18, 2007), Slovenian automobile industry "Cimos" opened the factory for production of car parts in Banat's village of Sečanj, in which more than 16m EUR were invested.
Factory "FAM-Sečanj", which was opened by the Minister of EConomy of Serbia, Predrag Bubalo, will be producing parts for pumps for "Cimos", "Volkswagen" and "Peugeot" vehicles and it will employ about 100 workers.
The Head of the ADministration of Slovenian corporation, Franc Krašovec, announced new investments of "Cimos", on the territory of Municipality of Sečanj, in amount of 19m EUR.
Prior to the end of 2008, in one of the neighboring villages, Jaša Tomić, the "Cimos" unit for production of car parts will be opened and it will employ about 300 workers.
