Vrbas and Elektrovojvodina to invest RSD 10 million in power facilities

The Vrbas municipality and Elektrovojvodina have signed an agreement on a joint investment in the construction of power facilities. According to that agreement, RSD 10 million will be invested in the project, a half of which will be provided by Elektrovojvodina and the other half by the municipality of Vrbas, it was announced on the website of the municipality.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Bratislav Kazic, the mayor of Vrbas, and Dr. Petar Zagorcic, the deputy CEO of Elektrovojvodina. The subject of this document is a joint investment in the construction of low-voltage and medium-voltage grids and distribution substations.

- This investment means that the funds are finally returning to the municipalities in which we want to raise social development to a higher level. By investing in power distribution facilities, we make it possible to create new jobs, ensure a stable supply of electrical power and improve the quality of power distribution. The final goal is make the users of our services happey - said Zagorcic.

Vrbas Mayor Dr. Bratislav Kazic voiced his satisfaction with the signing of aforementioned agreement of general interest.
