Genex, besides the building in Zagreb, which is now used as headquarters of Croatian Football Association (HNS), asks from Croatia to return bungalow settlements located in Dubrovnik and in the vicinity of Rovinj, office spaces in all major Croatian cities and other debts, of which total worth is about €25m.
Genex also has problem with collecting of €10m worth of debt of "Gavrilović" for export of meat to USA, because the new owner, the heir to the owner from before the World War II, as head of the administration of Genex, Milorad Savićevič, says, does not acknowledge that debt. Savićević also puts Forge Sisak and Agroslavonija on the list of major debtors. He admits that HNS is completely innocent, and that the responsible for that are former workers who registered that real estate, which was bought at market prices in 1978, without authorization.
