Rodic motel in Kula for sale - Lake, karting track and tennis courts included in the offer

The bankruptcy manager of Kula-based Rodic M&B has issued the second notice of the sale of the company's entire property by public bidding.

Among other things, the motel Rodic is put up for sale again, and so are accompanying facilities in Industrijska Zona Street.

The property of this company is divided into three lots.

The first lot includes industrial buildings and machines (the estimated value is RSD 144.307 million).

The second lot is the motel Rodic, whose estimated value is RSD 126.623 million. This is a one-star accommodation facility with 22 rooms and 2 suites.

The third lot includes accompanying facilities in the vicinity of the motel: sports and recreational center, ceremony hall, grill, American bar, 4 tennis courts, basketball court, karting track, buildings alongside the karting track, lake for bathing, lake for fishing, water slide... The estimated value of this lot is RSD 83.36 million.
