Užice's ammunition of Belgian caliber – "Prvi partizan" agreed on export arrangement worth 2m EUR

Factory of ammunition "Prvi partizan" in Užice and Belgian company "FN Herstal" agreed on ten-year joint production and export, which will be soon made official by signing of the contract.

"Prvi partizan" will deliver 2m EUR worth of ammunition, which meets NATO standards, to the partner in Belgium in 2007. The plan is that the value of export be doubled in the following year.

The company from Užice intends to move production from the underground premises to the overground hall, which will cost 3.5m EUR. That investment should be paid off in three years.
