Part of property of Apatin-based Marko Oreskovic put up for sale

The Privatization Agency has issued a notice of sale of some property of the Apatin-based holding company Marko Oreskovic in bankruptcy.

Two units are offered for sale. The first one includes the company's office space on the second and third floors of the business building in Sveti Sava Street in Apatin and an auxiliary facility in the yard. The starting price for this unit is set to RSD 4.69 million, and all interested parties are to pay a deposit of RSD 2.93 million.

The second unit includes production facilities in the industrial zone in Apatin. The starting price for this unit is RSD 34.25 million, whereas the required deposit is at about RSD 17 million.
