The tender commission for privatization of Public company for production of cellulose and paper "Milan Stepanović - Matroz", in restructuring, from Sremska Mitrovica, decided to start negotiations with the only bidder on the tender - "Pulp Mill Holding Gmbh" from Austria.

In the following period, the Ministry of Economy will form the Commission for negotiations with that bidder.
