Full application of unified tax collection starts March 1st

The Tax Administration of Serbia has announced that the full application of unified tax collection will commence Saturday (1 March 2014), after a two-month testing of the new system.
Tax returns can be filed electronically every day, including Saturday and Sunday, between 5 AM on the current day and 1 AM on the next day.

In case the system is down in that period or certain problems emerge, the Tax Administration will notify tax payers when they will be able to file their tax return.

In the interim period, from January 1st until February 28, about 300,000 unified tax returns were filed.
