Nokia to unveil cheap Android device

Rumors about Nokia Android device have been floating around the Internet lately and, allegedly, it is only a matter of days until this phone is released.

This device under the codename 'Normandy' should be the first Nokia Android phone. Unofficially, it will have a very affordable price - about USD 100.

Normandy will have Android 4.4.2 installed out of the box, dual-core 1GHz processor and 4GB of native storage, while those needing more memory can use the 32GB capacity microSD slot that is available on the phone. The device will also feature 512MB of RAM and a 5MP camera on its back.

Nokia Normandy's specifications are quite similar to those of Nokia Lumia 525.

The Finnish company has not yet officially confirmed it will be launching an Android phone.
