Universal Consulting Group signs master franchise agreement with Turkish coffeehouse chain Gonul Kahvesi

The new coffeehouse chain Gonul Kahvesi will first open franchise stores in Sarajevo and then all around the Balkans as well.

As it was announced, this Turkish chain will begin its international expansion with the opening of three franchise coffee shops in Sarajevo this year. According to a release on the company's official website, the first coffeehouse in Sarajevo is expected to open February 27th, whereas a coffee shop in Tuzla should open in April. The expansion of this chain to other countries in the Balkans should continue in 2015.

The company plans to open 30 coffeehouses within the next three years, it is said in the release on the official web portal.

By the way, Gonul Kahvesi operates 54 coffee shops across Turkey, and that number is expected to reach 100 by the year's end. This company generated a revenue of EUR 10.7 million in 2012 and twice as much in 2013.
