Kostic gets competition? - UniCredit Bank custody account acquires shares in AIK banka

According to the latest data provided by the Central Securities Register, the biggest buyer of AIK banka shares in the previous week was the custody account of UniCredit Bank.

This custody account acquired additional 10,452 shares in AIK banka at an average share price of RSD 1,635.

- This is a very interesting market situation given that the takeover bid made by local businessman Miodrag Kostic, who together with associated persons holds a stake of about 38 percent in that bank, is still open at the same share price - people at the broker company Sinteza Invest Group explain.

With yesterday's share price of RSD 1,639, AIK banka's market cap is at RSD 14.82 billion (EUR 127.8 million).
